Within a few months after my stroke I was able to begin looking on the internet for advice, help, strategies, rehab techniques or whatever information that I could find to get better.

I didn't have much success at first probably due to the fact my brain was operating  much like a bowl of oatmeal.

As time went on and I began to slowly improve I started to discover more and more resources.

Around this time I decided to create www.StrokesSuck.com.
My purpose is the same now as it was then. To make it easier for stroke survivors to find valuable helpful information.

I must say that more and more information is available these days. The internet is wonderful. You just need to filter through all the mindless crap that is on there.

Their are also some great magazines with some wonderful articles where I find much of my helpful material.

I am committed to make every pertinent bit of helpful information that I find available on my website.
