Who have you helped today?

So I was having a bad day. You don't have to have brain damage to experience bad days. I have never tried to share my bad days with the public and I certainly never wanted to document  any negative experiences especially since my passion is to help and inspire others.

But as I said I was having a bad day primarily  believe because I didn't sleep well the night before.

So instead of sharing my cranky disposition with those close to me, I did what came natural and something that I highly recommend. I took a nap.

Before I did I created a playlist of some downloaded music that I have on the computer.

The list included some relaxing tunes from Tchaikovsky,Mozart, Yanni, Zamfir and the Beatles.

I drifted into a nice relaxing  blissful sleep with my little dog Charlie by my side.

I don't know how the thought came but I woke during a Yanni song "In Your Eyes" with the phrase in my head which happens to be the title of today's blog, Who have you helped today?

I am sure that I did not invent that saying. I have read it and have heard it before but I can't remember exactly where or when.

It doesn't matter. What does matter is that you change your thoughts from thinking about
how bad your life is to; What can I did to be of assistance to others?  How can I help? How can i be of value?

Sometimes the best way to help others is by taking care ofyourself which I did with my nap and now I am paying it forward with this blog.

Who have you helped today?
