Change

Change seems to be the new buzz word that everyone seems to use these days. You can't read the headlines or listen to the nightly news without seeing or hearing about "Change". Life itself involves a never ending series of changes. Some major some minor.
Sometimes change is well thought out and planned well in advance and it can be a very positive event like a new home, job or even an addition to the family or in the case of our counrty, a change in administration.

For stroke survivors and those with brain injury, "Change " has come unannounced and uninvited and it is seldom a positive event..
The reality  though is that i our change did happen and their is not one single thing that we can do about the past.

We can however "Change" our attitude about the future. It is up to ourselves to decide right now that we will do whatever it takes to "Change " our life for the better regardless of the current challenges that we are facing.

This is our "Silver Bullet", our positive attitude. Life is tough and tougher still when faced with the challenges of stroke and/or brain injury but with the Power of Positive Thinking we truly have the power control our own destiny.
