How to feel better

A  good strategy to feel better about yourself is to make a list if only mental of all the reasons why your life is blessed. It is s easy for us

to get caught up in our troubles and feel sorry for ourselves. But guess what? We are not the only ones with major challenges in our

life.

One of my favorite quotes is "What you focus on and what you believe in is true" If we are always focusing on what we can't do or what

we used to be able to accomplish then  we unwittingly become our own minds captors.

We all have so much to be thankful for in our lives and if you take a few minutes to focus on these, I guarantee you will put your mind in

a  better state of being and you will instantly begin to feel better. Do this often at least once a week and especially when you have

those moments when you just don't feel good about whatever.

Here's another strategy to feel better. Get a pen and paper and make a list of everything in your life that you have done that has made

you proud. Big things as well as small things. Only things that make you smile and feel good are allowed. Did you ever make another

person laugh or smile? Put it all down here and keep this list handy. You will add to this list from time to time as remember more.

Plus add to this list the new things that you are doing that make you proud. How about raising your arm or leg higher today than you

could yesterday? Start adding small accomplishments to this list and you will be amazed at your progress. Be a positive example

starting today. Inspire another so they will do the same and in so by doing so you will naturally inspire yourself and it all snowballs

from there. Do it today and send me an email at bob@strokessuck.com or reply to this blog and tell us how it improved your life.
