Where are the shortcuts?

Today was my first day back in San Diego after spending the last 10 days in Buffalo, New York attending my mother's birthday/ funeral.

I have already written about my mother's passing which shall remain one of my most inspirational moments of my life. So I will not go into that here.

Today I went out to my favorite magic workout spot to try and get back in sync with myself. I discovered that 10 days without a daily regime of exercises both physically and mentally is about seven days too long.

It shouldn't be done. I realize that circumstances get in the way. That was certainly the case with my mother's passing,
The weather in Buffalo at the time of my arrival was hovering in the single digits but

i just now discovered this unfinished blog entry that remained unpublished. I am finishing my book and I was looking for some thoughts that I could perhaps add to my book before the final editing when I noticed this.

I haven't been posting because I am wrapping up my book so I will go a head and post this uncompleted entry and I have no idea what I intended to say at that time.
