I just called to say I love you
I Just Called to Say I Love You by Stevie Wonder was just playing on my playlist as I was writing my book that I have committed to write at least a page a day. I am at the part where I am listing many of the things that have really helped me in my recovery. Not just all the obvious like my family and friends but things like music, neuroplasticity, exercise, my website and this blog.
My list is not complete but I have finished more than a page today and I felt compelled to write here now as I am listening to The Drifters, The Four Tops and many other old Motown songs. As I was writing about all of the things that have helped me and our continuing to help me I can't help but to be filled with an abundance of joy and hope for the future.
I am so blessed and I am so blessed to realize that I am so blessed. That's just one of the many thoughts that is making me so happy right now.
Rag Mop by the Ames Brothers 1950 is now playing, cool song. Life is good.
