I am on a mission. I am on a mission to live a happy life filled with dignity and respect.

I am not sure there is a key to happiness. Nobody is always happy all the time, we all have our personal challenges.

Like Les Brown says, "Our Attitude determines our Altitude". It truly is all about our Attitude.

My mission is to find what works to obtain the key to being happy more than we are not and to share that information.

I do not think that I will find any hidden elixir here. there are volumes great works from the Masters extolling a virtuous life.

I am pretty sure that the answer will lie  squarely on our shoulders as in our attitudes.

I believe that the ones we choose to associate and rub shoulders with have almost as much effect as our own attitude.
