You thought I was going to have an answer for you, huh?

I believe that we all have bouts of happiness sprinkled in with all the other things that life has in store for us.

I use this quote all the time "What you focus on and believe in is true"- Marshall Sylver

It's similar to a quote from Clinton Swaine, creator of Play To Win that I love, "What you focus on expands".

Stop for a moment and reflect on those two quotes, how true.

We will all have our challenges in life but it all depends on how we react that will determine our level of happiness or lack thereof.

Also when it is all said and done  we are all going to have crap thrown at us in life.

Blessed are those who can find someone we care about  to do things together and share our feelings.

 To have a loved one to hug and to be tender with both day and night are the truly blessed and fortunate among us.



That is this person's definition of happiness.
