Don't Blame God or yourself

We are human thus we are not perfect and will all make mistakes. We all have our good and dark sides to us. Both the good and the dark makes us whole.

I read an interesting book that expressed this very topic by Debbie Ford, titled "Why Good People do Bad Things"
In the book she explains that none of us are perfect and that our imperfections are our moments are a part of us as are our good.

Ms. Ford explains how we all need to forgive others for their transgressions as well as forgiving ourselves and God.

Personally I never did believe that God is like some giant in heaven that enjoys pulling wings off of butterflies.
God is not responsible for tragic events like hurricanes and tornadoes. He doesn't send sickness and disease our way to mess with us.

I do not profess to be a theologian, I just realize that God is there to help us find our way when these tragic events find their way into our life.

God should also be in our lives when everything is going good. By living in God perhaps we can avoid some of the choices that we make that end up putting us in harm's way.
