Good News about Neuroplasticity

I've written here before about Neuroplasticity, the brains ability to rewire itself after a traumatic injury. That's great news for anyone who has been in that situation. With perhaps a trillion or so neurons firing in the brain it is nice to know that if a group of them get damaged that there are plenty more at our disposal.

But what if you  didn't have a brain injury, what if you are just stuck in a rut? If Neuroplasticity can rewire a damaged brain, doesn't it stand to reason that this biological miracle would be available to everyone? it is, and that's the good news.

It took me two years after my stroke to even learn about this miracle even though I was already using it's benefits, but now that I have been made aware of it's existence it helps me to accelerate the growing process.

Use Neuroplasticity in your own life to change what you don't like or to accopmplish what you desire.

You do not have to wait for tragedy to hit before you go after your goals.
