Karma and the Pain Body
Our thoughts and thinking for the most part are involuntary. Most of us are are unaware of and at the mercy of the little voice in our
head.
The little voice has unconsciously trained us to act in a certain way depending on the energy both positive and negative that it receives.
The "Pain Body" is the collective negative emotion stored as memory in our unconsciousness. It is because of the "Pain Body" that is
itself purely negative energy, that seeks to align itself with more negative energy to feed off of. The Eastern term for this is Karma.
Did you ever wonder why some people seem to attract negative energy and bad things into their life? Some people though unhappy
and seemingly unhappy that they are unhappy actually thrive upon this unhappiness. That is why some people like to talk about the
misery or misfortunes of others or even about the bad luck or misfortunes of themselves.
Misery loves company. It is a scary thought that we may be actually unconsciously seeking out misfortune in our life to feed our Pain
Body.
If it is true, and you can believe in it's existence but would like to be free from this and be truly happy, you already took the first step
by becoming aware of it's existence. Awareness is the first step towards consciousness. The Pain Body can not live in the "Light
of Consciousness Awareness".
