My Dexterity Has Improved 100%

Wow, 100% that's a huge claim. Ever since my stroke three years ago, I have been steadily improving in all areas especially my mind.

Things are just becoming much more clearer now in my mind. Probably the area to date that has seen the slowest and my most

frustrating area of improvement has been my left hand. That was the case until now. Actually over the past month my ability to

effectively use my hands and fingers has doubled at least. It is truly amazing and I am ecstatic.

How has this happened? Well it has been a lot of hard diligent work using a tool that I created and have been using for several

months.

I have given the tool the name of E Z Exer because it is a very easy way for me to use it to perform various stretching exercises and

has been instrumental in building up my biceps and my grip in my left affected hand.

When I built this tool I also added another feature for the purpose of increasing dexterity in my fingers however until recently, I haven't

practiced or focused too much on this area. Probably because it is work and it requires taking action.

My excuse would be that I have been focusing on other areas of my healing and to an extent that is true.

This tool is so great that I am going to start sharing it with others.

I am also learning a lesson in human nature. Here I have a wonderful tool that  designed to help a particular area of my body, in this

case my hand and fingers and I didn't  take full advantage of it's features.

Now remember this is not a tool that someone has been trying to get me to buy. This is a tool created by myself for myself.

I have been practicing the other aspects of this tool focusing of stretching and arm strength that have been giving me great benefits

in those areas. Now I have shifted gears and the results are truly amazing.

I'm really excited.
